Start off with a quick blow dry to get rid of excess hair, Warm bath, Two shampoo's with our special de-shedding shampoo to ensure a squeaky clean finish, Conditioner, Blow dry, Brush out with our undercoat rake, Pads shaved and feet tidied for long haired dogs, Nails trimmed, Ears Cleaned, Cologne.

Desheds are recommend for double coated dogs as apposed to clipping, it will remove the thick undercoat making the dog cooler while still leaving the top coat to protect them from the sun. A deshed will remove abut 80% of the undercoat making shedding a lot more manageable.

Puppy Groom
Only applicable for puppies under 6 months having their first groom. Warm bath, shampoo with a sensitive charcoal puppy shampoo, Blow dry, Tidy up face, feet and hygiene areas, Nails trimmed, Ears Cleaned, Cologne.

The younger the better to start introducing a puppy into grooming as they learn quickly from a young age. They must have had their first 2 vaccinations.

Our puppy groom is an introduction into grooming for puppies, We take extra time and care to let the puppy get used to every new experience. We teach them to behave appropriately in the grooming room without pushing them to do anything they are uncomfortable with.
Tidy Groom

A tidy groom is perfect for winter or in between full grooms. No length is taken off the body but the dog is still clean and tidy.
Full Groom

Perfect every day groom or summer groom. If you would prefer just a trim we can do a long comb clip, this is classed as a style clip.
Breed Clip / Style Clip
Warm bath, Two shampoo's to ensure a squeaky clean finish, Blow dry, All over body clip to your dogs breed standard, or long all over body clip or feel free to ask us about what styles we can do, Tidy up face, feet and hygiene areas, Nails trimmed, Ears Cleaned, Cologne.

Breed clips and style clips take a lot more time, skill and scissor work than a full groom. Style clips are a perfect groom for winter.

FLEA SHAMPOO - Compulsory for any dog with fleas.
MATTING - Some matts / knots are able to be brushed out but it does take a lot of extra product and time. More severe / all over matting will need to be shaved off this needs to be done very slowly and carefully. The matting fee will vary depending on the severity of it and how long it will take to remove.

HEAVY COAT - If a dog has an extra thick / heavy coat there may be an extra charge due to the time it takes to get that coat out.
​
OVERSIZE - Our sizes are a guide based on the general height and weight of that breed, if a dog is much bigger than this it may incur and oversize fee.
​
BEHAVIOR - If a dog has behavioral issues or aggression when being groomed there may be a behavior fee.
